| Jakana Foods LLC is a major scale commercial
producer of all natural fruit juice in Uganda. The company has
been processing and packaging juice since 1994. By processing
and packaging fruits, the company provides a ready market for
locally grown fruits as well as generating jobs.
Through our technical partners such as National Agricultural
Research Organization (NARO), Makerere University School of
Food Science. Technology and others we provide technical assistance
to our farmer suppliers. Our focus being on quality produce
and health value juice products.
Additionally we source all our inputs from farmers in the
East African Region. The focus of our investment is the betterment
of all our stakeholders starting with our consumers, suppliers,
workers and owners.
At Jakana Foods LLC, we offer value added fruit juice products
for the local, regional and export markets.
